I got my start designing information graphics in college, where I worked for UC San Diego's student newspaper.
I ended up pursuing my early career by honing the craft in various daily newspapers: nothing trains you faster than an editor wanting it done NOW for the next day's morning paper!
I continued this into the online world, being hired as the very first designer for CNET News.com and building up a team of three others to provide art needs for the digital tech paper. I've also done my fair share of work for Dice.com as well.
